Welcome to Corteen Training & Consultancy
Robert Corteen has over 30 years experience of working in both the
Public and Private sectors and has been training people regularly since 2002.
With training both as a Solicitor and Psychiatric Nurse as well as an Honours
degree in Politics and an MSc in Dual Diagnosis (Mental Illness and Addictions)
Robert brings a fresh approach to training which adopts practical ideas whilst
recognising the reality of the workplace and the pressures to which staff are subject.
Robert is committed to the principle that to be effective and sustainable,
training needs to be relevant, interactive and enjoyable and through use of a wide
range of media, he aims to develop knowledge, understanding and practical skills.
Delegates are encouraged and enabled to put theory into practice in the 'safety' of the
training environment, and then to take new knowledge and skills back to the workplace
and make a difference!
